What a Session Looks Like

  • A short guided meditation, incorporating a mindful drawing technique

  • Simple, guided art activities (such as Mandala art, Zentangle or collage). The activity can be tailored to your teams needs, and can also include collaborative team projects

  • Time to slow down, focus, and enjoy the process

  • A relaxed and friendly atmosphere

About Me

I am a Wirral based mixed media artist, and also have eight years’ experience working as an Occupational Therapist in the NHS- a profession founded on the idea of improving wellbeing through meaningful activity. I offer relaxed and friendly Mindful Art Workshops to combine these skills, and promote wellbeing through connection to creativity and community.
