About Chris

Chris is a mixed media artist based on the Wirral, Merseyside. Inspired by growing up on the coast and spending time in places such as Snowdonia and the Lake District, her work is deeply influenced by nature, landscapes, and northern cityscapes. Through both art and photography, Chris captures familiar scenes with a calm, thoughtful style that invites viewers to pause and connect.

Although largely self-taught, Chris has developed a distinctive artistic style through years of exploration and practice. Her artwork and photography are available as high-quality prints, inspired by well-known locations across the North of England and beyond.

Alongside her creative practice, Chris has eight years’ experience working as an Occupational Therapist in the NHS- a profession founded on the idea of improving well-being through meaningful activity. Creativity and wellbeing have always gone hand in hand in her life, and she believes strongly in the positive impact that time spent making art and being outdoors can have.

Chris runs various creative workshops on the Wirral- designed to be fun, relaxing and inclusive.
